Exceptional!!
I'm definitely coming back soon, without a doubt😭❤. Hosted my mom's birthday celebration here and it was beautiful. The location, the views and most importantly the warmth from the staff. Absolutely loved being here.

It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I as we celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary... 305 by far out did themselves, they made us feel soooo special with all added little touches... extremely friendly staff and beautiful clean rooms.... oooh and the massage from beauty @ 305 was amazing.... I will never ever forget that romantic picnic that was set up for us ❤❤❤❤❤ thank you

Location, place is in a really convenient location. The room exactly like the picture, beautiful view of the sea. Really good value for money.

Excellent service, clean and with personal attention to details. Owner is friendly and carrying. The staff very polite and going the extra mile. Jolene is spectacular in providing personal care and always there to assist in any request.

It's my absolute favourite place. Serene yet family friendly. You come for the view and stay because of the warm hospitality. I wish there were more 305s around.

Got to see dolphins from our room and watched the whales while having breakfast. Really an awesome experience. The rooms clean and quiet. Was only there for one night but felt like a week’s holiday.
