Great place with incredibly friendly staff and the spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a spa perfect for relaxation and restaurant right on the premises.

First the place is clean and the location is superb . The service is excellent. It was so great to meet the owner who shared himself with the guests. If you want a view 305 is the place to indulge in . Finally the place is spacious and well kept . To all at 305 well done you set a excellant sample of serve . Keep up the good work

What an amazing place, breath taking views and absolutely amazing staff especially Sibahle! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! We will definitely be visiting here again, amazing hospitality, class and over all professionalism! Really enjoyed our anniversary here and the food is absolutely amazing!
